Are you pooping after every meal?
Pooping – while it may be embarrassing for some to talk about, pooping is something we ALL SHOULD be doing, but unfortunately, aren’t.
However many times you eat in a day is how many times you should be pooping.
If you eat 3 times a day, you should be pooping at least 3 times a day. If you eat 2 times a day, you should be pooping at least 2 times a day.
The elimination process is simple. What goes in, must come out.
Pooping is SO important and we truly feel for those who don’t get to experience pooping everyday.
